We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant

To support
1. Day-to-day business
2. Operational activities.

This role requires frequent travel, coordination with vendors and field teams, inventory supervision, and logistics management.

The ideal candidate should be Disciplined, Presentable, Confident, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support.
- Travel as required for business meetings, procurement, and field activities.
- Manage inventory and ensure stock availability.
- Coordinate logistics, transportation, and deliveries.
- Visit markets for Stocks Placement , Payment Recoveries and business operations.
- Maintain records, reports, and operational documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Ensure smooth execution of assigned responsibilities.





Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree preferred (any discipline).
- Valid Driving License (Mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of driving experience.

Experience

Candidates with any one of the following are encouraged to apply:

- Minimum 1 year of corporate work experience, OR
- Minimum 1 year as a Medical Representative (MR), OR
- Experience as a Field Executive, Account Executive, Operations Executive, or similar field-based role.

Skills & Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualified personality with confident body language (mandatory).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Inventory and logistics management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, spreadsheets).
