Designation: Sr. Executive – Business Development

1. Generate enquiries through telecalling, email communication, customer references, and assigned lead sources.

2. Connect with customers on calls (conduct customer meetings and site visits, if necessary) to understand requirements and the company's products and solutions.

3. Prepare and submit techno-commercial quotations by coordinating with the internal technical and commercial teams.

4. Regularly follow up with prospective customers for quotations, negotiations, approvals, and order finalization.

5. Build and maintain robust customer relationships by ensuring timely communication and prompt resolution of queries.

6. Coordinate with Production, R&D;, and other internal departments through Sales Manager to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.

7. Update all enquiries, quotations, customer interactions,



sales activities, and orders accurately in Tranzact on a real-time basis.

8. Negotiate commercial terms within the approved authority limits and close sales orders within committed timelines.

9. Monitor order execution, dispatch status, and payment collections by coordinating with internal teams and customers.

10. Achieve assigned sales targets through consistent customer engagement, follow-ups, conversion of enquiries, and repeat business..

Pay: ₹16,546.41 - ₹18,000.47 per month
