Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to coding standards within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth of junior team members.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong experience in developing and enhancing custom software components using SAP ABAP within HANA environments.
- Ability to work with modern development frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Skilled in performance tuning and optimization of SAP ABAP code for HANA databases.
- Experience in integrating SAP ABAP applications with other enterprise systems and services.
- Competence in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues in SAP environments.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
