Summary:
As a Business Architect, you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs, analyzing existing processes, and developing strategies that align business objectives with technology solutions. You will play a crucial role in supporting transformation initiatives by creating business cases and guiding the implementation of key projects, ensuring that the solutions developed are effective and sustainable.





Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and understanding of business architecture.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Requirements analysis and engineering
- Agile methodology
- Deep expertise on BA tools and methodologies (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Gitlab, User story definition)
- Stakeholder management
- Project management experience is nice-to-have

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
