Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy ERP Coordinator to manage and support the school's ERP ecosystem, ensuring seamless operations across academic and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer and configure school ERP platforms such as Veracross, Toddle, AssessPrep, Google Workspace, and PeopleSoft.
- Manage system setup, class configuration, user access, calendars, timetables, grading, reports, and academic workflows.
- Provide technical support to staff, students, and parents, and resolve system-related queries.
- Conduct training sessions and prepare user guides for faculty on ERP modules and digital tools.
- Coordinate with external vendors for system enhancements, upgrades, and issue resolution.
- Support online assessments, report generation, admissions processes, and data synchronization across platforms.




- Ensure smooth execution of critical academic-year processes, including promotions, class creation, grading periods, and end-of-year rollovers.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience managing ERP systems, preferably in a school or educational institution.
- Hands-on experience with school management systems such as Veracross, Toddle, AssessPrep, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms.
- Strong technical troubleshooting, communication, and training skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced academic environment.
