Qualification: BBA(HR), MBA (HR)

Eligibilty:2023 to 2026 passed outs with 60% throughout the academics

Job Location: Hyderabad

Job Description:

Recruitment: Posting job openings, coordinating with applicants, conducting interviews, and welcoming new employees

Employee orientation: Coordinating employee orientation and introducing current employees to their work environment

HR projects: Assisting with HR projects, such as developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and improving HR policies

Employee records: Maintaining employee records and updating employee absence records

Employee benefits: Assisting with the administration of employee benefits, such as vacation and sick leave

Employee training: Assisting in the development and delivery of employee training and development programs

Employee performance:



Analyzing and monitoring employee performance and providing feedback

Employee relations: Analyzing data and creating reports to monitor employee relations trends.
