Digitologics is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience across recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and administration. High-performing interns will have the opportunity to be converted into a full-time HR Executive after successfully completing the 6-month internship.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidate interviews.
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
- Support onboarding and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in attendance tracking and HR administrative tasks.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
- Help prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and policies.
- Support performance review and training activities.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or pursuing graduation/MBA in HR or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in Human Resources.
