The CRM Specialist is responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships using CRM tools and strategies. The role focuses on customer engagement, retention, and data analysis to optimize the customer experience across various touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
Regularly follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather current orders.
Generate orders based on customer requirements and input them into the system.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure material availability and timely delivery.
Work closely with transport teams to schedule and track deliveries.

Communicate regularly with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and any issues.
Address customer inquiries or concerns related to orders and deliveries.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and follow-ups.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
