Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and customer-friendly Phone Call Consultant to handle client inquiries for our Brow & Lips Studio. The candidate will be responsible for attending calls, explaining beauty and PMU services, booking appointments, following up with leads, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally
- Explain studio services including Brows, Lip Blush, PMU, Fine Line Tattoos, and related treatments
- Guide clients about procedures, pricing, offers, and appointment availability
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective communication
- Follow up with leads and existing clients regularly
- Maintain customer records and appointment details accurately




- Coordinate with the studio team for scheduling and customer support
- Respond to customer queries politely and resolve basic concerns

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Fluency in Tamil and English (Hindi is an added advantage)
- Good telephone etiquette and customer handling ability
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM/WhatsApp handling skills
- Positive attitude and professional behavior
- Interest in beauty, skincare, or PMU industry preferred

Qualification:

- Any Degree / Diploma - Not Mandatory
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- English Fluency - Mandatory
