At Lap47 Performance Studio, we are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Automotive Sales Advisor who can build trust with customers, understand their needs, and help them choose the right solutions for their vehicles.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has a passion for automobiles, and thrives in a performance-driven environment.

Your Role

- Engage with walk-in, phone, and online enquiries
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services
- Generate and follow up on sales leads
- Build long-term customer relationships and drive repeat business
- Explain service packages, detailing solutions, performance upgrades, and other offerings
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth customer experience
- Maintain customer records and sales reports
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
