Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Product Manager to drive the planning, development, and execution of digital products. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, design, QA, sales, and business stakeholders to deliver products that solve customer problems and align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from customers, stakeholders, and market research.
- Translate business requirements into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive user experiences.
- Work closely with development teams throughout the product lifecycle using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Prioritize the product backlog and ensure timely delivery of features.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify market trends to improve the product.
- Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics tools.
- Coordinate product launches and collaborate with marketing and sales teams.
- Collect customer feedback and continuously improve product features.
- Communicate product updates and roadmap progress to internal stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 2–5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Product Ownership.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent requirement gathering and documentation skills.




- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience creating PRDs, user stories, wireframes, and product roadmaps.
- Knowledge of product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with SaaS, AI, or enterprise software products.
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and software architecture.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
- Experience conducting market research and competitor analysis.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and design thinking.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or Product Management certification is an added advantage.
