Minimum 5–7 years of experience in hospital/building maintenance operations, preferably in a managerial role.
Knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, biomedical utility coordination, fire safety systems, and preventive maintenance.
Experience in handling AMC/vendor management, statutory compliance, and maintenance team supervision.
Positive leadership, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
