Job description

1. Ensure the smooth functioning and technical operations, monitor and evaluate staff progress, set goals, and ensure effective and productive functioning of the department.

2. Shall ensure economical functioning of the department.

3. Shall record and maintain the documents required for the departmental operations.

4. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

5. Coordinating with Technical Advisor & Business Head for better functioning of the Orthodontics department.

6. Shall ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

7. Shall be a technical resource person for internal and external stakeholders.

8.



Shall liaise with MR on regulatory affairs and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory/ management system standards (if required).

9. Shall perform clinical procedures

10. Shall satisfactorily perform the duties and assignments given by the reporting authority.

11. Auditee for External ISO audits.

12. Deliver webinars, seminars, lectures, talks, presentations at various conferences, corner meetings etc.

13. Dental Educational Content Creation for internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Skills & Experience

MDS (Orthodontics) with minimum 1- 3 years of clinical/ non- clinical background of Orthodontics field

Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Excellent communication skills, logical thinking & Creativity
