We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced House Chef to work full-time with a High Net-Worth Individual (HNWI) family of five. The chef will be responsible for preparing four fresh and nutritious meals daily—breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, and dinner—with a specialization in Indian, international, and continental cuisine. The ideal candidate should have a passion for healthy cooking and the ability to craft meals that are both wholesome and flavourful.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and prepare four daily meals: breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner

- Create diverse menus blending Indian, international, and continental cuisines

- Emphasize healthy and nutritious meal preparation while maintaining excellent taste and presentation

- Develop weekly meal plans in alignment with the family’s lifestyle and preferences

- Source and manage high-quality, fresh ingredients, ensuring timely procurement and minimal wastage

- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organized kitchen in line with food safety standards

- Be adaptable to dietary restrictions and preferences,

- Ensure consistency in portion control, plating, and timing of meals

- Coordinate with household staff to ensure smooth service and kitchen operations

- Be open to preparing meals for small home gatherings or family occasions, as needed

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of culinary experience in high-end households or premium hotels/restaurants

- Proficiency in cooking a wide variety of Indian, continental, and international dishes

- Sound knowledge of healthy cooking techniques and nutrition-focused meal prep

- Culinary certification or formal training is preferred

- High standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety

- Discreet, professional, and respectful demeanor

- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to the family's evolving preferences

- Willingness to work long hours and be flexible when needed

- Solid communication skills in English or Hindi
