DESIGNATION: Wedding Planner OR Senior Client Servicing

LOCATION: Borivali, Mumbai

EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of experience in client servicing, wedding planning, 5-star banquet sales, hospitality experience

JOB PROFILE: Client Servicing, Sales, Client negotiation, Event Management, Vendor Arrangement, Vendor Negotiation, Operations, Productions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

· Client Servicing

· Finalizing décor and management with clients, providing new ideas as per client requirement and budget.

· Décor and event Co-ordination with Staff

· Décor Costing Management

· Vendor Negotiation and Finalization

· Artist Coordination

· Event Execution

· Single handed handling arrangements for Conferences, Corporate events, Award night, Weddings, Engagement, Sangeet,



Cocktail Parties, Birthday parties etc.

· Handling Banquet Bookings over Call and in person.

· Price negotiations.

· Coordinating & Managing with Catering Department for flow of event.

· Venue Management.

· Crisis Management.

Salary : As per eligibility / Open to discuss

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE FULL TIME WORKING EXPERIENCE IN A WEDDING COMPANY
