Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Sales & Marketing Executives to join our growing team in the F&B; Snacks / Popcorn Products industry. The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, lead generation, distributor management, and business development. If you are passionate about sales and building strong customer relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field visits to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify and approach retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Promote the company's snack and popcorn product range.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.




- Generate leads and convert them into long-term business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits.
- Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities.
- Prepare daily sales reports and submit updates to the reporting manager.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
- Experience in the FMCG or Food & Beverage industry will be preferred.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel locally.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving license will be preferred.
