Job Description – MIS Executive

Experience: 2–3 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage sales data, generate reports, and provide business insights. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and expertise in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to support sales performance tracking and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.
- Generate Sales MIS, CRM reports, and Daily Sales Reports (DSR).
- Track leads, conversions, bookings, collections, and revenue.
- Prepare site-wise, project-wise, and employee-wise performance dashboards.
- Analyse sales data and present actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain reporting databases.
- Coordinate with Sales and CRM teams for timely and accurate reporting.

Mandatory Skills





- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Solid knowledge of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and advanced Excel functions.
- Hands-on experience in Data Analysis, Data Interpretation, and Report Generation.
- Experience in Sales MIS, CRM reporting, KPI dashboards, and performance tracking.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Applications, or a related field. Experience Required: 2–3 years in MIS, Sales MIS, or Data Analysis.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
