Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Assessment & Intervention

- Assist in assessing students' developmental, behavioral, sensory, and functional needs.
- Support the development and implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and therapy goals.
- Conduct individual and small-group therapy sessions under the guidance of senior therapists.
- Implement intervention strategies to improve communication, social, behavioral, sensory, and motor skills.
- Monitor student progress and modify therapy activities as directed by supervisors.

Classroom & School Support

- Collaborate with teachers to integrate therapeutic strategies into classroom activities.
- Provide behavioral and learning support within classroom settings.
- Assist students during transitions, co-curricular activities, and school events.
- Recommend appropriate accommodations and adaptive strategies for students.

Parent & Team Collaboration

- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and therapy recommendations.
- Participate in parent meetings, review meetings, and IEP discussions.
- Work closely with special educators, psychologists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and school administrators to ensure coordinated support for students.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain accurate therapy records, session notes, attendance records, and progress reports.
- Prepare assessment summaries and documentation as required.
- Ensure confidentiality of student information and records.




- Assist in data collection and outcome monitoring for intervention programs.

Professional Development

- Attend training programs, workshops, and career development sessions.
- Stay updated on best practices in special education and therapeutic interventions.
- Support school initiatives related to inclusive education and student well-being.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Child Development, or a related field.
- Relevant certification/training in special education or therapy is preferred.
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Learning Disabilities, Intellectual Disabilities, or other developmental needs is desirable.

Working Conditions

- School-based environment.
- Interaction with students requiring varying levels of support.
- Participation in school events, meetings, and parent interactions as required.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred (Freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
