We are looking for a motivated and responsible Civil Site Engineer to supervise construction activities, ensure quality workmanship, coordinate with project teams, and monitor daily site progress. The candidate should also possess practical knowledge of Quantity Surveying and Estimation for measurement, billing, and cost monitoring.

Having Quantity Surveying Certification From BHADANIS QS INSTITUTE (INDIA) or NICMAR HYDERABAD OR PUNE will be preferable

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Plan and monitor manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and clients.
- Monitor project quality and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Verify executed work quantities and maintain measurement records.
- Prepare and review Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), BOQs, and material requirements.
- Assist in preparing contractor bills and client billing documents.
- Track material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Prepare variation statements and maintain project documentation.
- Support project planning,



scheduling, and execution activities.
- Participate in site meetings and prepare meeting minutes.

Having Quantity Surveying Certification From BHADANIS QS INSTITUTE (INDIA) or NICMAR HYDERABAD OR PUNE will be preferable

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing, and structural construction.
- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
- Valuable understanding of construction materials and methods.
- Knowledge of site supervision and project coordination.
- Practical knowledge of Quantity Surveying.
- Ability to prepare and understand BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
- Knowledge of Estimation and Costing for construction projects.
- Experience in quantity take-off from drawings.
- Understanding of billing procedures, measurement sheets, and variation claims.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and project documentation.

Pay: ₹20,800.00 - ₹58,400.00 per month
