Position: Electronics Engineer

Job Summary:

The Electronics Engineer is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electronic systems and control units used in cranes and other heavy equipment. This includes sensors, PLCs, CAN bus systems, safety instrumentation, load indicators, and control panels,



ensuring all machines perform optimally and safely.

Key Responsibilities :

- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in electronic and control systems of cranes and heavy lifting equipment.
- Maintain, calibrate, and repair electronic devices such as load moment indicators (LMI), anti-two block systems, sensors, displays, and wiring harnesses.
- Inspect and test electrical and electronic components like circuit boards, relays, fuses, controllers, etc.
- Work with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), CAN Bus systems, and other crane-specific control technologies.
- Interpret wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and schematics.
- Support preventive maintenance by inspecting and servicing electronic components.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and electronic systems.
- Maintain accurate service and diagnostic records.
- Coordinate with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical teams during equipment repair and maintenance.
- Ensure all work follows safety standards and OEM specifications.

Qualifications and Skills

- Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation.
- Experience: 5-7years of hands-on experience in electronic system maintenance, preferably in heavy machinery or industrial automation.

Technical Skills

- Knowledge of electronic control systems in cranes or construction equipment.
- Familiarity with LMI systems like PAT, Hirschmann, LICCON, or Grove ECOS.
- Skilled in reading and troubleshooting electrical/electronic circuit diagrams.
- Understanding of PLC programming basics (Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.) is a plus.
