Job Responsibility

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior RTR Accountant with experience in general accounting and financial reporting. In this role, you will be a key driver of our global Record-to-Report function, managing complex accounting operations including month-end close, Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting (IFRS 16/ASC 842), and specialized corporate compliance such as property tax and escheatment.

The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of internal controls, and advanced proficiency in Oracle ERP to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in our financial reporting.

Requirement:

- Book Closing Activites, Preparing Complex JE, BS reconciliation, Fixed Asset Accounting,



Lease Accounting, Escheatment process, ORACLE ERP,
- Automation, Advance MS Excel
- IFRS Knowledge, Team Management, Stakeholder Management, Problem Solving, Automation
- 2 to 8 Years’ experience in Finance & Accounting process
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting
- Experience in preparing BS Reconciliations
- Experience in preparing various month end activities like journals, (accrual, provisions, etc.), reporting (monthly, quarterly, and yearly)
- Ensure all SLAs are met as per agreed timelines.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
