Job Summary:

The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and growing the company's online sales through e-commerce platforms and the company website. The role includes managing product listings, pricing, promotions, digital marketing coordination, customer experience, order fulfillment, inventory synchronization, and sales performance analysis to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations.
- Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and images.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with warehouse teams.
- Ensure timely order processing and dispatch.
- Develop strategies to increase online sales.
- Manage online marketplaces and ensure SLA compliance.
- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve complaints.




- Prepare MIS reports and analyze sales trends.
- Supervise and develop the e-commerce team.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- MBA preferred or relevant experience.

Experience:

- 4–8 years in E-Commerce, Online Retail, or Digital Sales.
