We are an AI-powered advertising agency helping businesses scale using high-performance digital marketing, AI-assisted creatives, automation, and data-driven campaigns.

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can independently manage and optimize client ad accounts across Meta and Google.

Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook + Instagram) ad campaigns for clients
- Run Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, and YouTube
- Build lead generation, conversion, retargeting, and sales funnels
- Analyze campaign performance and improve ROAS, CPL, CTR, and conversions
- Coordinate with creative, content, and AI automation teams
- Create audience strategies and campaign structures
- Set up tracking systems including Meta Pixel, Conversion API, GA4, and GTM
- Generate performance reports and actionable insights for clients
- Continuously test creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages

Requirements

- Proven experience running Meta Ads and/or Google Ads
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and optimization




- Experience handling multiple client accounts
- Ability to independently manage campaigns and budgets
- Familiarity with tracking and analytics tools
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Organized, proactive, and results-driven

Bonus Skills

- Experience working in agencies
- Knowledge of AI tools for marketing workflows
- Creative strategy and ad copy understanding
- Landing page optimization experience
- Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n
