* Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and website traffic.

* Collaborate with internal teams and designers to ensure consistent brand communication.

* Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital opportunities.

* Create and optimize paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and other digital platforms.

* Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and reporting tools.

* Prepare monthly performance reports with recommendations for improvement.

* Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally and promptly.

* Support SEO, email marketing, branding, and other digital marketing initiatives.

* Assist in product launches, exhibitions, promotional events, and online campaigns.---

## Required Skills & Qualifications

* 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.

* Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, and online branding.

* Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager,



Google Analytics, and scheduling tools.

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

* Excellent content writing, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.

* Solid communication and interpersonal abilities.

* Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

* Knowledge of video editing, reel creation, and short-form content will be preferred.

* Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools will be an added advantage.

* Digital Marketing certifications will be considered a plus.
