Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Convert walk-in inquiries into memberships.
- Explain membership plans and offers to prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Handle calls, WhatsApp, and customer follow-ups.
- Maintain customer records and daily sales reports.
- Build strong relationships with members and ensure a great customer experience.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of sales experience (Freshers can also apply).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
