Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Microsoft 365 Engineer to manage, support, and optimize Microsoft 365 services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration, user management, and cloud services support. Key Responsibilities Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint. Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions in Microsoft 365. Monitor and maintain system performance, security, and compliance.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 users. Configure and manage mail flow, security policies, and access controls. Support Microsoft 365 migrations and upgrades. Work with IT teams to ensure smooth cloud operations. Required Skills Solid experience with Microsoft 365 Administration. Knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams. Experience with Azure Active Directory (AAD). Understanding of user and license management. Familiarity with security, compliance, and data protection policies.
