Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Public Area Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all public spaces within the resort. The ideal candidate will ensure a welcoming and hygienic environment for all guests and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and ensure cleanliness of all public areas including lobby, reception, corridors, restrooms, poolside, and recreational spaces




- Conduct routine inspections to maintain high hygiene and presentation standards
- Manage and guide housekeeping staff assigned to public areas
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and upkeep issues
- Ensure proper usage and availability of cleaning materials and equipment
- Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints related to cleanliness
- Maintain daily reports and cleaning schedules

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in housekeeping or hospitality (resort/hotel preferred)
- Good knowledge of cleaning practices, chemicals, and equipment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication skills (basic English preferred)
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

- Freshers are encourage to apply.
- Diploma or certification in Hotel Management or Hospitality
- Experience working in resorts or premium hospitality environments
