Network Design and Optimization (Cisco RandS):
Experienced in optimizing complex enterprise LAN/WAN architectures using Cisco routing and switching technologies, including advanced BGP configurations, VRF segmentation, QoS, and high availability.

Security Architecture with Palo Alto Firewalls:
Knowledgeable in implementing zone-based security, user-ID integration, threat prevention, and IPS/IDS policies across distributed environments, leveraging Panorama for centralized management.

Wireless Infrastructure Planning and Troubleshooting (Cisco WLAN):
Knowledgeable in high-density wireless networks using Cisco WLC, CleanAir, and RRM technologies, conducting predictive site surveys,



and resolving RF interference and roaming issues with tools such as Ekahau and DNAC Assurance.

Zscaler Cloud Security Policy Engineering:
Aware of managing secure web gateway policies, configuring Zscaler App (ZApp), SSL inspection, CASB features, and integrating Zscaler with identity providers and SIEM/SOAR platforms.

Provides mentorship and guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 engineers, fostering skill development through continuous knowledge sharing, structured handovers, and adoption of best practices. Acts as the primary technical contact during major incidents and escalations, ensuring timely communication, effective resolution, and comprehensive post-incident analysis. Promotes a team-oriented and positive team culture by proactively resolving conflicts and strengthening cohesive relationships across delivery teams.
