Job Title: Field Sales & Operations Executive

Job Location: Remote (Travel required)

Roles & Responsibilities

- Promote and sell Farm Future smart agriculture solutions to growers within the assigned territory.
- Identify potential customers through field visits, referrals, cold callings, farmer meetings, and agricultural events.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain the features, benefits, and applications of Farm Future solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly assigned sales targets by generating leads, converting prospects, and building long-term customer relationships.
- Visit customer farms to collect soil samples as per the Company's standard procedures and ensure accurate documentation for analysis.
- Install and configure Farm Future devices at customer locations and ensure proper functioning after installation.
- Educate customers on the usage, maintenance, and benefits of the devices to maximize product effectiveness.
- Provide first-level technical support and coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution whenever required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales activities, soil sample collections, device installations, and follow-ups.
- Gather customer feedback, market insights, and competitor information to support product improvements and business growth.
- Participate in farmer awareness programs, field demonstrations, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns organized by the Company.
- Submit daily, weekly,



and monthly activity reports to the Reporting Manager.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet customers and execute field operations.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in agriculture, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related discipline.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- *Kannada Mandatory
- Candidates with experience in sales, marketing, agri-inputs, agritech, IoT products, or field sales will have an added advantage.Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and mobile applications.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
- Ability to communicate in Kannada, English, and other regional languages will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
