Demo farm & Composting

Level Assistant Manager

Reporting to Cluster head

The role is responsible for all operations under demo farm including composting operations. Plantation, maintenance, labour management, compost raw material collection, composting will be the key deliverables.

JD :

Responsible for demo farm production end to end

Manpower planning & deployment Day to day activities

Forecasting production for Demo farm

Responsible for beautification of demo farm

Maintain GAP in Demo farm and Compost unit by following all compliance

Inventory management for all assets, stock, raw material, additives within the premises

Compost operations Involved in Yearly/Monthly/Weekly compost planning





Raw material collection for compost by deploying labours in nearby area

Maintain end to end traceability for compost operations in logbook & excel

Assets utilization and maintenance under compost plot

Compost distribution records, BOM & adherence to POP

Qualification Required:

Graduate / Post graduate in agri

Experience of 2-5 years in farm operations & management

Positive communication skills in English, Hindi & local language

Proficiency in computer skills MS Office
