We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our Placement Team. This role offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in student coordination, placement support, and employer communication. It is ideal for candidates who have good communication skills, enjoy interacting with people, and are eager to build a career in student services.
*Key Responsibilities*
Connect with students regarding placement opportunities and career-related activities
Assist students with application submissions and interview coordination
Support communication with companies regarding placement opportunities
Maintain placement records and update data using MS Excel
Follow up with students regarding placement schedules and related updates
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth placement activities
Assist in day-to-day placement and administrative operations
*Requirements*
Freshers are welcome to apply
Graduate in any discipline
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications
Positive verbal and written communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi
Strong interpersonal, coordination, and organizational skills
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a collaborative environment
*Preferred Skills*
Good communication and relationship-building skills
Basic knowledge of email drafting and documentation
Ability to maintain accurate records and follow up with students
Interest in student support, career services, or coordination activities
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
