We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling prospective customers, following up on leads, explaining project details, scheduling site visits, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Follow up with leads until closure.
Explain project details, pricing, offers, and payment plans to customers.
Schedule and coordinate site visits.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Achieve daily targets for calls, follow-ups, appointments, and conversions.
Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service throughout the sales process.
Convert leads into satisfied and happy customers.
Requirements
Good communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati (English will be an added advantage).
Basic computer knowledge.
Experience using CRM software is preferred.
Positive attitude with strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Own two-wheeler preferred.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Self-motivated and result-oriented.
Good time management and follow-up skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
