About the Role

We are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our team as Product Specialists in Smart Home & Lighting Solutions. Whether you're a fresher or have up to 2 years of experience, this role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in smart home technology, lighting design, and customer solutions.

Note: Prior experience in smart home or lighting is not mandatory. We provide comprehensive training and mentorship to help you understand our products, solutions, and customer engagement process.

Key Responsibilities

Product Understanding & Solution Design

· Understand eGlu smart home and lighting product portfolio in detail.

· Analyze customer requirements, floor plans, and project needs to recommend suitable smart home and lighting solutions.

· Assist in creating basic layouts and solution plans for residential projects.

· Work closely with design and technical teams to develop customized solutions.

Client Interaction & Sales Support

· Engage with walk-in clients, leads, and inquiries from digital platforms.

· Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and use cases.

· Assist customers in making informed decisions through a consultative approach.

· Support the sales team in closing deals by providing technical and product insights.

Project Coordination

· Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project teams.

· Ensure proper handover of project details to execution teams.

· Follow up with customers and internal stakeholders for smooth project execution.

· Address client queries and provide post-sales support when required.





Documentation & Reporting

· Prepare proposals, quotations, and basic BOQs.

· Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and project updates in CRM.

· Assist in creating presentations and product documentation.

Requirements

Technical Skills

· Basic understanding of electrical, electronics, or smart home concepts (preferred).

· Familiarity with AutoCAD or design tools is an added advantage.

· Interest in smart home technology, IoT, or lighting solutions.

Soft Skills

· Strong communication and presentation skills.

· Customer-focused mindset with a consultative approach.

· Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

· Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

· Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
