JOB SUMMARY

The CRE position is the front end of the business. A Customer Relationship officer is a skilled sales skilled who uses their persuasive skills to engage potential customers and drive sales through phone interactions

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Dialing outbound calls to potential customers

Using scripts to provide information about products or services

Asking questions to understand the customer's needs

Persuading customers to buy by demonstrating how products or services meet their needs

Recording customer information accurately in a computer system

Handling complaints or doubts to protect the company's reputation

Keeping records of calls and sales





Creating and Maintaining Quotations for potential clients

Maintaining a database by entering, verifying, and backing up data

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Graduate in any discipline.

1-2 years sales experience preferably in construction / manufacturing companies

Should be able to speak clearly and write and speak in English and local language
