Job Description

Job purpose

We are seeking an experienced .NET Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in .NET Core, React.js, SQL

Server, and Power BI to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will

be responsible for delivering scalable web applications, developing APIs, creating responsive user interfaces,

and building insightful business intelligence dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#, and React.js.

- Build scalable RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Develop responsive and intuitive front-end applications using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.

- Design and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and queries.

- Develop and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.

- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

- Participate in technical design discussions and architecture reviews.

- Implement best practices for coding, security, performance optimization, and maintainability.

- Support AWS/Azure-based deployments, CI/CD processes and monitoring.

- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and troubleshoot production issues.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Key competencies

Technical Competencies

- Strong hands-on experience in C#, .NET 8/.NET Core/.NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, and RESTful Web API

development.

- Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5,



CSS3, and Tailwind CSS for building modern,

responsive web applications.

- Strong SQL Server development expertise, including database design, query optimization, stored procedures and performance tuning.

- Experience developing interactive Power BI dashboards and reports, with robust knowledge of DAX and data

modeling concepts.

- Familiarity with AWS and Azure cloud services, cloud-native application development, and deployment best practices.

- Experience designing, developing, and supporting Microservices-based applications and distributed systems.

- Hands-on experience with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, source control, and automated build and

release processes.

- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), software design patterns, SOLID principles, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Exposure to modern development tools and AI-assisted coding platforms such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor,

Claude, and AI integration solutions is an added advantage.
