Job Summary

The Master Head Chef – Research & Innovation is responsible for leading culinary research and developing cutting-edge menu items that align with the brand's vision, customer preferences, and market trends. This role focuses on creating new recipes, improving existing products, standardizing food preparation methods, and ensuring consistency, quality, and profitability across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the research, development, and innovation of new food and beverage menu items.
- Design seasonal, limited-time, and signature menu offerings that align with the brand identity.
- Develop, test, and refine recipes to ensure excellent taste, presentation, consistency, and cost efficiency.
- Standardize recipes, cooking methods, portion sizes, and plating guidelines for all outlets.




- Conduct market research to identify emerging food trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings.
- Source and evaluate new ingredients, equipment, and cooking techniques to enhance product quality.
- Work closely with procurement teams to identify cost-effective ingredients without compromising quality.
- Train kitchen teams and franchise partners on new recipes, preparation techniques, and quality standards.
- Monitor food quality and consistency across all locations through audits and feedback.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team during menu launches, product promotions, and food photography sessions.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
