Job Summary:

Monitor and ensure timely, cost-effective execution of all civil projects for stores, upcoming stores

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Monitoring- Track new store setup, renovation, and civil work. Ensure completion within timeline & budget
- Quality & Cost Control - Check BOQ, material quality, and contractor billing. Control project costs
- Maintenance - Monitor store civil maintenance, breakdowns, and asset upkeep. Close issues within TAT
- Vendor Management - Coordinate with contractors, architects,



and vendors for smooth execution

Education / Qualification

- Education: B.E Civil
- Experience: 5-8 years. Retail store setup experience preferred
- Skills: Site monitoring, BOQ, Costing, Vendor handling, AutoCAD, MS Project
- Add-on: Asset handling and maintenance knowledge
- Compliance & Reporting- Ensure safety norms and submit weekly project status + cost reports to management
