We are looking for a skilled candidate who can prepare accurate BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and detailed cut lists for interior projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge in material estimation and production drawings.
Responsibilities:
Prepare BOQ based on drawings
Create detailed cut lists for carpentry/modular work
Coordinate with design and site team
Optimize material usage and reduce wastage
Requirements:
Experience in interior projects
Knowledge of AutoCAD / SketchUp
Strong understanding of materials (plywood, laminates, hardware)
Good calculation and measurement skills
Preferred:
Experience in modular kitchen / wardrobe projects
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
