Job description:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES

- Building Maintenance:
- Check and maintain the hospital building, walls, floors, and roof.
- Fix any damage like cracks, water leakage, etc.
- Construction Work:
- Supervise any new building work or renovation inside the hospital.
- Work with contractors and suppliers.
- Plumbing & Drainage:
- Look after the plumbing system (water, drainage, pipelines).
- Fix water leakages and drainage blockages.
- Safety Checks:
- Make sure the building is secure and meets hospital standards.
- Take quick action during emergencies.
- Material & Labour:
- Arrange building materials when needed.
- Manage workers doing repair or construction work.
- Reports & Records:
- Keep records of repair work done.
- Report to management regularly.

Qualifications Needed:

- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 3 to 5 years of experience (hospital experience preferred)
- Basic knowledge of construction tools/software (AutoCAD, MS Excel)
