BIM MEP ENGINEER
Key Responsibilities
- Design and model MEP systems — HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection — using Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate MEP systems into the overall building design.
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination conflicts using BIM tools.
- Create detailed 3D models, drawings, and construction documentation for MEP systems, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.
- Review and coordinate with MEP teams, contractors, and stakeholders to optimise designs.
- Help develop and implement BIM standards and workflows for MEP projects.
- Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM tools and MEP design practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- B.E. / B.Tech or M.E. / M.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in MEPF design and coordination.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality designs on schedule.
