The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of all cinema premises, ensuring a protected and pleasant environment for guests and employees. The role includes supervising housekeeping staff, monitoring cleaning schedules, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and guide the housekeeping team during daily operations.
- Prepare and assign daily cleaning schedules and duty rosters.
- Ensure auditoriums are cleaned before and after every movie show.
- Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, ticket counters, café areas, restrooms, staircases, offices, and common areas.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
- Monitor housekeeping supplies and raise purchase requisitions when required.
- Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and grooming standards.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and chemicals.




- Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, and Security teams for smooth theatre operations.
- Handle guest complaints related to cleanliness promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, health, and safety regulations.
- Maintain attendance records, shift reports, and housekeeping checklists.

Eligibility

- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Degree.
- Experience: 2–5 years as a Housekeeping Supervisor, preferably in a cinema, hotel, mall, hospital, or commercial facility.

Working Conditions

- Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to stand, walk, and supervise operations for extended periods.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
