Things You’ll Actually Do (No Fake Stuff)

- Lead and expand B2B international business for sustainable textiles
- Deep-dive into country-wise market data, pricing & buyer behavior
- Build smart market-entry & growth strategies
- Handle the export journey: leads → samples → negotiations → orders
- Run B2B marketing & outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, emails, buyer lists)
- Show up at international trade shows & exhibitions
- Host 1–2 international buyer factory visits annually
- Talk daily with global buyers, brands & sourcing teams
- Coordinate with internal teams to make things actually happen
- Keep CRM, follow-ups & reports clean (yes, this matters)

You’ll Fit Right In If…

Experience? Chill. Here’s the Deal

- 1–3 years experience in B2B / international sales / any kind of exports
- Freshers are MOST welcome (attitude > CV)

Training Mode: ON

- Full & adequate training will be provided by us
- Trial Period: 1 month
- Probation: 4–6 months (performance-based)
