Job Description

- Manage Customer service via Chat or calls in a timely manner

- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.





- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times

- Handle customer requests and complaints and take it to closure.

- Understand the need of the customer and cross sell other products accordingly.

- Collaborate with team-members, to ensure superior customer experience
