Duties and Responsibilities as follows;
- Hiring, training and evaluating branch employees
- Setting and achieving the branch’s business goals ( Investments & Gold loan)
- Ensuring the branch runs smoothly and adheres to organisation’s policies
- Preparing and managing the branch’s budget
- Nurturing relationships with customers, vendors and the community
- Making managerial and financial decisions on behalf of the branch
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
