Senior Marketing Executive - Bengaluru

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to manage offline marketing activities, brand activations, and event execution for our showrooms across Hebbal, Whitefield, and HSR. The role involves planning and executing on-ground campaigns, coordinating branding activities, managing vendors, and driving customer engagement initiatives to improve brand visibility, showroom walk ins, and lead generation.

What You Will Own

 Offline marketing campaigns for showrooms across Hebbal, Whitefield, and HSR

 In-house and external event planning and execution

 On-ground branding and promotional activities

 Vendor coordination and campaign execution

 Customer engagement and lead generation initiatives

 Campaign performance tracking and reporting

Roles & Responsibilities

 Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and showroom footfall

 Manage on-ground activations including kiosks, exhibitions, apartment campaigns, mall activities, and local promotions

 Coordinate and execute in-house and external events including launch events, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement activities

 Handle branding requirements including brochures, standees, display materials, store branding, and promotional collaterals across all showroom locations

 Coordinate with vendors, fabrication teams, printers, and external agencies for smooth campaign execution

 Work closely with sales, branding, design,



and operations teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns and events

 Build and maintain relationships with malls, architects, builders, channel partners, and local communities

 Conduct market visits and competitor analysis to identify local branding and engagement opportunities

 Track campaign performance through walk-ins, lead generation, customer engagement, and ROI metrics

 Ensure timely execution, reporting, and budget tracking across campaigns and activities

Requirements

 3–5 years of experience in Offline Marketing, Brand Activation, Events, or Field Marketing

 Experience in Interior Designing, Home Décor, Real Estate, Architecture, or related industries preferred

 Strong understanding of offline campaigns, activations, and on-ground execution

 Experience handling vendors, events, branding, and promotional activities

 Good communication and coordination skills

 Ability to manage multiple locations and execution timelines

 Comfortable with regular field travel between showroom locations

 Basic reporting and Excel knowledge preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
