Roles & Responsibilities :

- Develop design creatives for social media posts, sales team creatives, internal company creatives, catalogue redesign, export team image edits, YouTube thumbnails, and hiring posters
- Capture quality photos of new products, customized client products, and HR events
- Record videos to showcase products, events etc
- Upload videos to the company’s YouTube channel
- Assist HR team in executing festive activities with creativity to enhance employee experience
- Strive for continuous improvement in design elements for all mediums and products
- Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices
- Suggest and implement current and trending designs for better visual experience and online presence in social media posts

Skills required :

- Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw
- Adobe After Effects, Canva, Adobe Premier Pro
- Proficiency in photography and videography,



Video Editing
- Organizational skills
- Time Management

Performance Criteria/KPIs

- No. of social media posts approved (YouTube and photo editing)
- No. of Product photography sessions and edits
- No. of internal company posters approved
- No. of Catalogue pages designed / redesigned
- Timely delivery of the creatives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
