As a Junior Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in supporting the merchandising team with daily follow-ups and system handling. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, a passion for the fashion industry, and a minimum of 2 years of experience, ideally with technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Daily Follow-ups:
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, production teams, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of merchandise.
- Monitor and track production schedules, addressing any delays or issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline communication and resolve any production-related challenges.
- System Handling:
- Utilize internal systems to input and update product information, pricing, and inventory data.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data in the system, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues.
- Apply technical knowledge to optimize system efficiency and recommend improvements.
- Communication:
- Act as a liaison between the merchandising team and other departments, providing updates on production status, inventory levels, and any relevant information.




- Foster positive relationships with suppliers and internal teams to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
- Assist in Merchandising Activities:
- Support the merchandising team in various tasks such as sample management, product development, and assortment planning.
- Participate in meetings to discuss vendor issues, critical path management , and packaging followup.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Fashion, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandising or a related role in the fashion industry.
- Technical knowledge and proficiency in relevant systems and tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and system handling.
- Proactive and able to take initiative to solve problems independently.
- Basic understanding of the apparel production process is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,687.62 - ₹19,230.07 per month
