Qualification & Skill:

- Relevant Experience: At-least 5-8 years of relevant work experience
- Language – Excellent English written and spoken skills and Hindi (Written and Spoken)
- Very solid Communication Skills & Documentation Skills – for reporting and proposal writing.
- Should have to extensively travel to rural areas.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Writing reports and proposals to government / bi-lateral organizations and CSR Companies.
- Responsible for creating an alliance with various Govt. projects stakeholders at multiple Level.
- Develop and manage partnerships with government agencies / bodies., multi-lateral agencies, Companies CSR Wing.
- Responsible for Organization’s Project operations- project management, team management,



budget and timelines.
- Identify and reach out to Companies with proposals for CSR Projects in space of Skilling / Education
- Design and Implement the performance management system and MIS
- Insure Trainers at centers groom trainees and finally Counsel and Motivate trainees for jobs lined up.
- Insure the placement of candidates as per requirement of the skill programs.
- Find out the placement tie-ups with industries and organizations.
- Monitoring and ensure the Quality training of the students.
