About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Technical Support Executive (Field) with strong knowledge of accounting processes and hands-on experience in Tally Prime or Tally ERP 9. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting client locations, providing technical assistance, resolving software-related issues, conducting user training, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customer premises to provide onsite technical support and assistance.
- Address customer queries and resolve issues related to TallyPrime, Tally ERP 9, and accounting processes.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Tally software and related applications.
- Guide customers on effective utilization of Tally features for accounting, inventory, taxation, and financial management.
- Coordinate with the internal technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues within defined timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Conduct end-user training sessions and corporate training programs at client locations.
- Assist customers in data migration, backup, and software updates.
- Stay updated with the latest Tally products, features, statutory changes, and best practices.




- Contribute to the preparation of user manuals, knowledge base articles, FAQs, and training materials.
- Participate in team meetings, product training, and continuous learning initiatives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial workflows, GST, TDS, and taxation concepts.
- Hands-on experience with TallyPrime and/or Tally ERP 9.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a field support environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, CRM tools, and remote support software.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client visits.

Preferred Skills Sets

- Certification in TallyPrime/Tally ERP or any accounting software will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in customer support, technical support, or accounting software implementation.
- Knowledge of basic networking and system troubleshooting.
