We are looking for extraordinary and dynamic Talent Acquisition professionals to be part of our core team in Erode. The ideal candidate must have experience in all areas related to the human resources field.

Roles &Responsibilities;

Responsibilities

- Managing the entire recruitment life cycle,
- Advertise job openings using Multiple channels
- Sourcing and screening of candidates, scheduling interviews, and complete follow-up until the candidate joins.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for recruitment activities,
- Onboarding & Training Process, Joining Formalities and Documentation of New Hires, Implement effective onboarding plans.
- Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
- Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
- Employee Engagement, discussing, implementing, and organizing various events in the organization.
- Provide administrative support to the Head & Manager HR
- Manage and update HR databases - Leave and Attendance Management

Requirements

- Ability to network and robust interpersonal skills
- An open-minded and positive attitude
- Strong sense of ethical responsibility




- Good track record of conversions and proven work experience as a Recruiter
- Experience with various sourcing strategies like headhunting, job posts, social media, referrals, etc
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (E.g., Phone, Zoom, and Structured)
- Expertise with an ability to pitch the Company to potential candidates in an engaging and persuasive manner
- Conscientious. Always on top of your pipeline without a need for reminders or follow-ups
- Excellent organization, writing, interpersonal skills, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and online recruiting technology tools.

Nice to Have:

- Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, or other job platforms.
- Understanding of hiring laws and regulations.
- Only Experience Preferable
- Location - Erode (Ready to Relocated)
